About
Shambhala Meditation Center of Los Angeles is a non-profit meditation community offering free weekly in-person group meditation sessions in Burbank, Santa Monica, and Orange County for all experience levels. Since 1971, the center has provided guided meditation instruction, classes, retreats, and focused groups designed to build confidence, mindful awareness, and compassion through Buddhist and Shambhala teachings. Located at 4200 W Burbank Blvd in Burbank with ample street parking, the center welcomes beginners with free instruction at the start of all public sessions and maintains a welcoming, supportive community environment.
