The Seed Center specializes in the GYROTONIC® Method, an original movement practice offered through private sessions and group classes at studios in San Francisco and East Hampton. The method addresses the entire person by opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion, and improving strength and movement efficiency. The center serves individuals seeking to enhance their physical capabilities, recover from injury, or cross-train for other activities.

The Seed Center's approach emphasizes personalized attention rather than standardized fitness programs. Private sessions can function as personal training, rehabilitation, or supplementary training for physical activities. The center positions itself as an alternative to one-size-fits-all fitness franchises, focusing on helping clients find joy and vitality through movement. The center is one of only four GYROTONIC® Final Certification Centers in the United States and offers teacher training programs for those interested in becoming certified instructors.
