Westchester Anxiety Treatment Psychological Services, P.C. is a practice of licensed clinical psychologists serving children, adolescents, and adults in the White Plains area. The team specializes in treating anxiety disorders and related behavioral and emotional difficulties using cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach shown to improve functioning and quality of life.

The practice is built on the foundation that CBT is effective for a wide range of psychological problems and has been demonstrated to be as effective as or more effective than other forms of psychological therapy or psychiatric medications. The clinicians hold advanced degrees from leading academic institutions and bring years of clinical experience from both hospital and outpatient settings. The practice does not accept insurance.
