LIFT Therapies is a family-centered mental health treatment clinic in Dallas that serves children, adolescents, and young adults ages 5-25 with complex mental and behavioral health needs. The clinic provides intensive therapy as an alternative to out-of-home residential or therapeutic boarding school placement, while also supporting families whose children are transitioning back home from facility-based treatment programs. LIFT works with individuals and families who have not achieved desired results through traditional counseling alone.

LIFT's approach treats the child and entire family system together, recognizing that sustainable change requires addressing family dynamics alongside individual mental health needs. The clinic uses evidence-based wraparound care combined with traditional therapies, creative arts, and experiential therapies, along with in-home support services. Rather than offering quick fixes, LIFT aims to create lasting systemic change that helps families succeed long-term while allowing children to remain in their homes.
