Magnolia Wellness is a holistic healing practice in Plano serving women in North Dallas. The practice provides hands-on therapeutic bodywork combined with lymphatic drainage and neuro-kinetic rehabilitation to address pain, stress, and emotional holding patterns in the body. The practitioners work with clients experiencing burnout, overwhelm, chronic pain, and tension while aiming to restore physical and emotional balance.

The approach is customized and trauma-informed, integrating hands-on techniques with red light therapy and BEMER therapy as needed. The practice focuses on releasing stuck emotions held in the body, supporting nervous system regulation, and restoring healthy lymphatic flow so the body can return to a state of balance and vitality. Treatment addresses both the physical manifestations of stress and the emotional components stored in the nervous system.
