Linq Therapy provides counseling and therapy services for adults, children, and families across three locations in the Dallas area. The practice serves individuals dealing with mental health concerns ranging from depression and anxiety to trauma, grief, and life transitions, as well as issues specific to women, teens, and children. All appointments can be conducted in-person or via telehealth.

The practice emphasizes creating a warm, nurturing environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
